Welcome to Tandria. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern the relationship between you (user, host, or visitor) and Tandria.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tandria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • User: any person who accesses the platform.
  • Host: a user responsible for creating and managing schools.
  • School: a digital space created and managed by a Host.
  • Platform: the Tandria system, including the website and applications.

3. Account and Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account. You must provide truthful information and maintain the security of your credentials. Minors under 18 may only use the platform with legal authorization from their guardians.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

It is prohibited to use Tandria to:

  • Violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
  • Distribute illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
  • Engage in spam, fraud, or reverse engineering.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Hosts may subscribe to plans to manage schools. Users may pay to access specific schools. All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Cancellations and refunds follow the applicable policies of each plan.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share, but you grant Tandria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content within the platform.

7. Tandria Intellectual Property

Tandria, its design, code, trademarks, and features are owned by Tandria and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tandria does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from use of the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, abuse, or illegality.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the platform or by email.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Campinas/SP, unless otherwise required by law.
