1. The service

Tandria provides software that uses AI to help you create, host, and run an online school — courses, community, payments, and related features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content and ownership

You own the content you create on Tandria — your courses, lessons, materials, and the data of your school. You grant Tandria a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your students. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Zero tolerance for objectionable content: Tandria has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior between users. You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit. Reports are reviewed and, when warranted, the content is removed and the responsible user may be suspended or removed within 24 hours. Use the in-app report and block tools.

5. AI-generated output

Tandria's AI generates suggestions — positioning, names, identity, and curriculum structure — from the inputs you provide. AI output may contain errors and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. Tandria does not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and you should not rely on it without your own judgment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tandria to: break the law; infringe intellectual property; upload malicious code; harass or harm others; sell prohibited goods; create content that sexualizes or endangers minors; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Payments, subscriptions and commission

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Tandria charges a subscription fee and a commission on sales you make through the platform, as described on our Pricing page. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; their fees apply in addition. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, you may export your content as provided in the platform; we may then delete it per our retention practices.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE — to be defined with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
