People know enough to teach. Almost none of them do.
That gap — between what people know and what they manage to build from it — is the reason Tandria exists.
What Tandria is.
Tandria is the AI that turns what you know into a school ready to sell. You bring the expertise. The AI does the intellectual work — positioning your school, structuring your courses with real pedagogy, and building the community that keeps students finishing. Not a course you record alone: a teaching business, built with you.
We are not a course platform competing on features, nor a community platform competing on engagement. We are a new category — vertical AI that turns expertise into education businesses — built on a single conviction: the bottleneck was never the knowledge. It was the work of structuring it. Remove that, and millions of people who should be teaching, finally can.
Mission & vision.
Mission
To do the intellectual work that turns expertise into a teaching business — so that knowing something valuable is enough to start teaching it.
Vision
A world where every professional who has mastered something can turn it into a school that transforms students and provides a living — without needing a team they can't afford.
Why "Tandria."
The name carries the idea. Tan, from tandem — together, moving as one. Dria, from Alexandria — the library, humanity's oldest symbol of knowledge gathered and made to last. Tandria is the place where knowledge is structured and people move forward together. The name was the thesis before the product was.
The observation that started it.
For 25 years I worked in real estate technology. I built a company, Kenlo, and eventually exited it. In all those years I watched the same thing happen, over and over: brilliant professionals — agents, brokers, operators who knew their craft better than anyone — who could have taught an entire generation, and never did.
Not for lack of knowledge. The knowledge was there. They stalled the moment they sat down to turn it into something teachable: a blank page, a mountain of unfamiliar work, and no idea where to start. The expertise stayed locked in their heads.
That is the gap I kept seeing. People know enough to teach. The work of turning that into a real teaching business is what stops them. Tandria exists to do that work.
